DLGS Summer School for doctoral students will take place on September 25th, 2024 as part of the IOER Conference (Sep 26th, 27th) under the heading "Space & Transformation: Living in harmony with nature". Invited Ph.D. candidates from all disciplines will present their research in 15-minute presentations, followed by discussions with senior scientists and other doctoral students. In the afternoon, Prof. James Evans (University of Manchester), will conduct a training workshop under the title, “Co-producing urban research: methods, experiences and insights”. Drawing on experiences working with different kinds of stakeholders to co-produce research in many different settings, the workshop will discuss the kinds of methods and approaches that can work in practice. There will be ample time for discussion and questions, and the session intends to be entirely interactive.
