Do I need to submit a letter of recommendation?
No. You do not need to request or submit letters of recommendation as part of the application. However, you are required to provide the names and contact details of two references in the Online form. Both references should be familiar with your work and should be able to evaluate the quality of your work. 
List only those individuals who have agreed to write a letter of recommendation upon request. The DLGS may contact your references for additional information in the course of the selection process.
